Yamaha Tenere 700 NIX 30 Cartridges

Features:

• NIX 30 Technology: Separates compression and rebound damping into individual fork legs, ensuring the hydraulic circuits do not interfere with each other for maximum precision and consistent damping under heavy loads.

• Fully Adjustable: All adjustments—compression, rebound, and spring preload—are conveniently located at the black top caps, allowing you to fine-tune your setup trailside without any special tools or removing the forks.

• Hydraulic Bottoming Stop: Features an integrated hydraulic stop within the cartridge to absorb massive impacts and prevent harsh metal-on-metal bottoming during heavy G-outs or jumps.

• Drop-In Installation: Designed to fit seamlessly inside the factory 43mm upside-down Kayaba (KYB) outer fork tubes, retaining your OEM chassis geometry and wheel mounting hardware.

Fitment Notes:

• Required Components: You must purchase Öhlins 08438-series fork springs specifically matched to your rider/luggage weight, along with Öhlins suspension fluid (01309-01) to complete the installation.

• Installation Tools: Professional installation is highly recommended. Specific Öhlins specialty tools (top-out spring puller and cylinder tube cap tool) are required to properly remove the factory internals and install this cartridge system.
