Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Our goal is to get orders shipped out much faster, but there is always the potential for extenuating circumstances to slow us down.
• Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods:

• We utilize reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS for domestic orders.
• We use DHL as our shipping carrier for international shipments.
• The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and the weight/size of the package.
• Some orders may ship from vendor warehouses directly and the shipping method may vary based on their setup. We will do our best to relay shipping and tracking information from them when available.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
• The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your order.
• FREE SHIPPING: We do offer free shipping for certain orders that meet certain thresholds. Free shipping is only available in the continental US. Free shipping options will be the lowest cost option available to us and therefore we will not give you an estimated ship time. If you need your order in a specific time frame, please choose the appropriate shipping option for your needs. 

International Duties / Taxes

• International customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and import fees levied by their home country. These fees are not included in the price of the good being purchased from Timber Industries Inc / TMBR MOTO. All fees, taxes and fees will be collected upon delivery. Knowing what your country 

  We do not provide estimates of these fees since they vary from country to country and change over time. Please be prepared as they can increase the overall cost of your purchase and Timber Industries Inc. will not be responsible for these additional costs.
  

• Customers in Canada: Please be aware that although we are a US company that ships from the US, some of our products are manufactured in other countries. Duties/taxes may be charged accordingly. **All TMBR MOTO graphics kits are made in the United States.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination.
• Domestic orders within the United States generally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment when Ground Shipping is chosen.
• FREE SHIPPING - TMBR MOTO offers a free shipping option for any order over $149 being shipping in the continental United States. TMBR MOTO reserves the right to select the most cost effective shipping option available to us. This usually means that it will be the slowest option too. Of you need your order by a certain time, please do not choose free shipping. Choose the option that is most appropriate to your needs. • International orders may take 7-14 business days OR MORE. International shipments can be slowed by a number of variables outside of our control. International customs clearance procedures of the destination country, weather, civil unrest and many other factors.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
• You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries serviced by our shipping partners.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address being entered by the customer on an order, we will not refund the cost of shipping and the order will be subject to restocking fees.
• We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
• Some electronics such as GPS units are not available for international shipping.
• Motorcycle batteries and some Lithium Ion based products are only able to be shipped via ground options at this time. 

Order Status and Updates:

• You will receive order confirmation and updates via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see these emails in your inbox. If you have questions about an order that can not be answered by these order notifications, please email us:  tmbrmoto@tmbrmoto.com

Shipping Issues and Support:

• Missing Packages: If the tracking shows the package as delivered but it is nowhere to be found, usually this means it was delivered to a neighboring address by mistake and 90% of the time it shows up in the next 2-4 days.
• Check the tracking for a delivery confirmation photo to see if you recognize the property. If it was delivered to your property and you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a quick police report.
• Always double-check around your property. If it was a new delivery driver, they may have placed it in a different spot.
• If you do not see the package show up within 4 business days, send us an email at tmbrmoto@tmbrmoto.com. Before we process a replacement, we may need time to investigate the situation. Thank you for your patience.
• If you encounter a damaged package, please contact our customer support team. Please send a detailed explination and photos of the damage in the email. tmbrmoto@tmbrmoto.com
• We want to work with you to resolve any shipping-related problems and provide you with a satisfactory solution.
