Unlike factory progressive springs that can feel vague and unpredictable through the middle of their travel, these Öhlins springs feature a strict linear rate. This provides consistent, predictable resistance from the top of the stroke all the way to bottom-out. Manufactured from the highest grade chrome-silicone wire, each spring is cold-coiled, heat-treated, and shot-peened to ensure it will not sag or lose its rate even after thousands of miles of heavy off-road abuse.
