The Yoshimura RS-12 Race Series Full System is built for riders who want the most out of the new 2025 Suzuki DR-Z4S. Engineered specifically for the updated 398cc fuel-injected platform, this system delivers 5.5% more horsepower at 6,640 RPM and a 2.8% torque gain at 5,180 RPM—with the spark arrestor installed.

It’s not just about power. The RS-12 full system sheds over 7 lbs compared to stock, bringing total weight down to just 10.6 lbs, helping improve throttle response and handling. A USFS-approved spark arrestor (SA-21-K) and a custom stainless Yoshimura heat shield are included, making this system ready for aggressive trail use.
