The Yoshimura RS-12 ADV Slip-On Exhaust (12755BS520) is a premium performance upgrade engineered specifically for the Honda XL750 Transalp. Developed and manufactured in the USA, this exhaust system sheds substantial weight compared to the bulky OEM muffler while delivering a deeper, more pronounced exhaust note that complements the Transalp's 270-degree parallel-twin engine.

The RS-12 features an asymmetrical, aggressively angled profile designed to maximize clearance for aftermarket pannier racks, soft luggage systems, and technical off-road riding. It is constructed with a matte-finish stainless steel sleeve and paired with a custom matte carbon fiber end cap. Additionally, the system includes a custom-molded carbon fiber heat shield to protect the rider's boot and riding gear from exhaust temperatures. Beyond aesthetics and sound, the RS-12 is dyno-tested to smooth out the power delivery and provide a measurable increase in both horsepower and torque across the RPM range.

Fitment Notes:

• ECU Tuning: Because this is a slip-on exhaust (retaining the factory catalytic converter in the header), a dedicated ECU flash or aftermarket fuel tuner is not strictly required for the motorcycle to run safely. The factory ECU can generally adapt to the minor change in exhaust flow. However, to extract the absolute maximum horsepower and smooth out the factory throttle mapping, an aftermarket tune can be beneficial.
