RK Takasago Chain Breaker, Press-Fit and Rivet Tool

Quickly and easily breaks 520, 525 & 530 motorcycle chain. Easily press-fits tight tolerance 520, 525 & 530 O-ring chain side plates to the correct depth for clip or rivet link installation. Redesigned sure-grip handle and laser engraved part number for easier part identification. The new press fit holder plate features a reversible post to switch between clip plate and rivet plate. The redesigned Rivet Flare Pin now features a flare guard to prevent over riveting. Limited lifetime warranty on material and craftsmanship of the Tool Body. 

Flares RK’s special rivet pin hole rivet links. New design allows components to lock into tool body and larger pressure bolt for easier use without dropping tool components.

Functional Notes: 

• To Press-Fit 428 series chains you need part #PH428 sold separately
• Tool is not able to rivet 415/420/428 type chains without (FP428JP & PH428)
• Cannot press-fit or rivet 530PRODR.
• Replaceable spare components and 40 series parts available.
