Polisport Clutch & Ignition Cover Kits for 2018+ Beta Motorcycles

The Polisport Engine Cover Protection Kit provides a durable, lightweight armor system for the vulnerable lower engine cases on Beta 2-stroke dirt bikes. Manufactured from Polisport's proprietary high-impact PA6 polyamide polymer, these exact-fit hard shells are engineered to absorb heavy strikes from jagged rocks, roots, and the motorcycle's own brake pedal during a crash.

Unlike full aluminum replacement covers, this kit installs directly over your factory Beta engine cases. There is no need to drain your transmission oil, replace gaskets, or remove the original covers to mount them. Each guard features a built-in rubber O-ring to eliminate vibration against the engine casing and prevent fine dirt from packing tightly behind the plastic. By shielding the factory magnesium covers from constant boot abrasion and severe impacts, this kit is an inexpensive way to maintain the structural integrity and resale value of your motorcycle.

Fitment Notes:

• Four Strokes: This kit is not going to fit Beta four stroke engines

• The Brake Pedal Puncture: One of the most common catastrophic failures on modern enduro bikes is the rear brake pedal punching a hole directly through the factory clutch cover during a simple low-side tip-over. The Polisport clutch guard acts as a high-impact buffer, distributing the concentrated force of the brake pedal across the entire PA6 shell instead of a single point on your fragile magnesium case. It is one of the cheapest insurance policies you can buy for a Beta 2-stroke.
  

• Cleaning Tip: While the built-in rubber O-ring does an excellent job of keeping out large debris, fine silt and muddy water can still work their way behind the covers over the course of a riding season. We recommend pulling these guards off once or twice a year to wipe down the factory cases underneath. This prevents long-term chafing and keeps your OEM covers looking brand new.
