ODI Machined Rotator Clamp

The ODI Machined Rotator Clamp (H71RC) is an upgraded billet aluminum half-clamp engineered to prevent broken clutch perches, fractured front brake master cylinders, and snapped lever assemblies during crashes and tip-overs. In off-road, enduro, and motocross riding, direct ground impacts transfer sharp rotational energy into handlebar controls. When perches are torqued rigidly to the handlebar, this force frequently shears off mounting ears or cracks expensive hydraulic master cylinder castings, immobilizing the motorcycle.

Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in hard-anodized Factory Grey, this clamp replaces the OEM rear half-clamp on clutch perches and front brake master cylinders.It incorporates an integrated low-friction PTFE (Teflon) composite inner sleeve seated directly between the clamp and the handlebar.Under crash impact, the low-friction sleeve allows the entire control assembly to spin cleanly around the bar instead of absorbing the blunt shearing load, protecting critical controls while allowing riders to push the assembly back into position by hand.

Application & Fitment Notes:

• Handlebar Sizing:Fits standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars and the outer 7/8" control sections of 1-1/8" tapered handlebars (ODI, ProTaper, Renthal, Neken).

• Perch Compatibility: Replaces standard 2-bolt rear split clamps on Japanese and European off-road clutch perches and brake master cylinders (Nissin, Brembo, Magura).

• Handguard Notes: Compatible with wraparound handguards provided sufficient clearance exists along the inner clamp zone to allow unimpeded control rotation.
