Nihilo Concepts Fuel Transfer Pump for 2024+ KTM and Husqvarna Enduro / Dualsport

The Nihilo Concepts Fuel Transfer Pump is a direct mechanical solution to the "half-tank bog" commonly experienced on modern KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas enduro models. Due to the deep, asymmetrical design of the factory and aftermarket fuel tanks, usable gasoline gets trapped in the bottom-left lobe of the tank. This starves the main fuel pump pickup, causing the engine to sputter, bog, or stall completely even when there is visible fuel left in the tank.

This active fuel transfer system fixes the problem by constantly pumping that trapped fuel out of the dead zone and back into the main fuel pump pickup area, ensuring the internal filters remain fully submerged. Engineered for plug-and-play simplicity, this CNC-machined billet pump connects directly to the motorcycle's existing OEM fuel pump harness inside the tank, requiring zero wire cutting, splicing, or permanent tank modifications. It is available in two variants: a 12-inch version for stock OEM tanks (NCFTPK) and a 17-inch version for oversized aftermarket tanks from IMS and Acerbis (NCFTPK-L).   ***Do not use this pump with fuels containing more than 10% ethanol, not compatible with some fuel additives or harsh chemicals.
