The Nihilo Concepts Billet Brake Line Guide (NBLGFBBS) is a precision-engineered, heavy-duty upgrade designed to replace fragile factory plastic front brake line clamps. Stock plastic brake line guides are notoriously prone to cracking, stripping out, or snapping during hard off-road impacts, roost strikes, or tip-overs. A broken guide allows the front brake hose to bow outward or snag on passing branches, creating a severe safety hazard and risking immediate loss of braking performance.

CNC-machined in the USA from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, this clamp provides a rigid, indestructible anchor point around the upper fork tube. Its smooth, rounded internal eyelet holds the front brake line securely in line with the fork leg while allowing the hose to slide smoothly during full suspension compression and extension. Featuring a split-clamp design, it installs in minutes directly onto the fork stanchion without requiring you to remove the top triple clamp or bleed your hydraulic brake system.

Fitment Notes:

• Big Bike Application (60mm Diameter): Engineered specifically for full-size KTM, Husqvarna, and GASGAS dirt bikes and dual-sport models utilizing standard WP 48mm inverted forks (which measure approximately 60mm at the upper clamp mounting surface).

• Cable Snag: On many modern enduro and dual-sport bikes, aftermarket additions like oversized fuel tanks, GPS mounts, and headlight extension brackets crowd the front cockpit area. Stock plastic brake line guides flex under load, allowing the brake line to catch on the lower corner of the front number plate or headlight bezel when the fork compresses heavily. The Nihilo billet clamp holds the line in a fixed, precise trajectory, ensuring zero interference throughout the entire suspension travel.

• Torque Spec Warning: Because this clamp mounts directly around the outer tube of an inverted fork, do not overtighten the mounting pinch bolts. Extreme clamping force can slightly pinch or deform the thin aluminum wall of the upper fork tube, causing stiction in the internal fork bushings during hard compressions. Tighten the stainless hardware evenly to 4–5 Nm (approx. 35–44 in-lbs), utilizing a drop of medium-strength blue STUCK NUTZ threadlocker to keep the assembly locked solid under high vibration.
