If you own a Japanese motorcycle or ATV, there is a very high probability that you have accidentally stripped a screw head while trying to remove a stubborn carburetor bowl or brake master cylinder cap. The culprit isn't your mechanical skill—it is using a standard Phillips screwdriver on a JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) screw. The Motion Pro T-Handle Bit Driver solves this incredibly frustrating problem by combining the exact right bits with the perfect ergonomic handle.
While Phillips and JIS screws look nearly identical, their interior geometries are completely different. Phillips drivers are intentionally designed to "cam out" (slip) under high torque to prevent over-tightening. JIS drivers are designed to grip securely without slipping. By providing genuine #1, #2, and #3 JIS bits in a T-handle format, this tool allows you to apply heavy, direct downward pressure while easily twisting, effortlessly breaking loose old, corroded, or over-tightened factory screws without turning the heads into a stripped-out mess.
The JIS Advantage: Includes genuine #1, #2, and #3 JIS cross-point bits perfectly machined to grip Japanese hardware, eliminating the dreaded "cam-out" effect that destroys soft steel and brass screws.
T-Handle Leverage: The ergonomic T-handle design allows you to comfortably apply massive downward pressure with your palm while using the crossbar for high-torque rotational leverage.
Magnetic 1/4" Hex Drive: The socket securely holds the included JIS bits magnetically, preventing them from falling into deep engine crevices. It also accepts any standard 1/4" hex bits (Torx, Allen, flathead) you already own.
Narrow Shaft Design: The slim main shaft is specifically designed to reach deep into recessed areas, such as carburetor bodies and tight bodywork cowlings, where bulky ratchets cannot fit.
Motion Pro Quality: Constructed from high-grade tool steel with a durable finish, built to withstand daily use in a professional motorcycle shop.
