Fitment Notes:

• Torque Limits: The 7075 T-6 aluminum construction provides excellent strength for its weight, and the tool is rated for a maximum of 90 lb-ft (122 Nm) of torque. Most motorcycle front axles require between 45 and 65 lb-ft of torque. Always use a calibrated torque wrench for installation to avoid over-tightening the axle or exceeding the tool's maximum structural limit.

• Pinch Bolts First: When removing your front wheel, always loosen the axle pinch bolts on the side of the fork leg opposite the hex drive before attempting to loosen the main axle. Conversely, when installing the wheel, torque the main axle to spec before tightening the pinch bolts. This ensures proper alignment of the fork legs and prevents binding in the suspension stroke.
