The Motion Pro REV3 Offroad Throttle Kit (01-2910) is an advanced, variable-rate throttle system designed to give riders absolute control over their motorcycle's power delivery. Utilizing a modular reel system, this kit allows you to quickly swap between five included reels—ranging from a smaller 35mm reel for a slower, more precise throttle rate in technical terrain, up to a large 50mm reel for lightning-fast, quick-action response on the track. The kit also includes an off-road specific cam reel that delivers a progressive pull, keeping power delivery smooth at low RPMs before ramping up quickly at full throttle.

Built for rugged off-road conditions, the kit features a slim, lightweight aluminum housing, an unbreakable Titan Throttle Tube, and model-specific push-pull throttle cables featuring low-friction PTFE linings. Motion Pro completes the package with their proprietary DirtControl II grips, making this a true drop-in upgrade for optimizing your cockpit and reducing arm pump.

Fitment Notes:

• The Progressive Cam: If you ride a high-horsepower 450 in tight woods, loose sand, or slick mud, the progressive off-road cam reel (gray) is the secret weapon of this kit. Unlike a traditional round reel that pulls the cable at a linear, predictable rate, the cam reel starts out pulling slowly for smooth, highly manageable traction in the lower RPMs. As you twist past half-throttle, the cam profile physically ramps up, pulling the cable much faster to give you immediate, aggressive power when the trail opens up. It effectively gives you the best of both worlds in a single twist.

   

• Dry Assembly Recommended: The Titan Throttle Tube is manufactured from a self-lubricating composite material. Do not apply grease, oil, or aerosol lubricants between the handlebar and the throttle tube during installation. Wet grease attracts dust and sand, which will quickly turn into an abrasive paste and cause the throttle tube to bind. Always install the tube completely dry on a clean, bare aluminum handlebar.

• Clearance Warning: The REV3 housing is slim, but moving from a stock throttle assembly to a quick-action kit may require slightly repositioning your front brake master cylinder or start/kill switches to ensure optimal cable routing and clearance.
