Moose Pro LG Skid Plate for the 2019–2024 Yamaha Tenere 700

The Moose Racing Pro LG Skid Plate is a heavy-duty, off-road engine and chassis guard designed for the 2020–2024 Yamaha Ténéré 700. Manufactured in Europe by AXP Racing as a private label for Moose Racing, this skid plate is constructed from incredibly robust 8mm-thick High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). It is engineered to offer comprehensive protection for the engine cases, water pump, side stand sensor, and lower frame rails, while providing distinct advantages over traditional aluminum bash plates.

Unlike aluminum, which can permanently dent, snag on rocks, and loudly reflect engine noise back at the rider, 8mm HDPE absorbs massive impacts, springs back to its original molded shape, and drastically dampens acoustic vibration. Furthermore, this "Pro LG" model features an extended rear tail specifically designed to glide over obstacles and protect the Ténéré's vulnerable lower shock linkage from expensive damage during technical enduro riding.

Fitment Note:

• Important Exclusion: This skid plateDOES NOT fit the 2025+ (Gen 2) Yamaha Ténéré 700 due to changes in the kickstand and frame geometry. Can work with some trimming / modifications.

• Crash Bar Compatibility: Fits seamlessly with OEM Yamaha, SW-Motech, Givi, and Adventure Spec crash bars. (Note: Outback Motortek crash bars may require a slight modification/trimming to the plastic).

• Center Stand: Compatible with the SW-Motech center stand.
