LeoVince LV-X EVO Slip-On Muffler for the Suzuki DR650 

This is for a brand new muffler that was returned by the customer in brand new, uninstalled condition. This is a zero hour part that has not bee installed on a motorcycle. It was returned to us after our window to return it to the distributor and the box is a little beat up after two shipments accross the country. 

The LeoVince LV-X EVO Slip-On (14433X) is a premium, race-developed exhaust upgrade designed specifically for the Suzuki DR650. Engineered to replace the heavy and restrictive factory muffler, the LV-X EVO offers a significant weight reduction that immediately translates into a more agile, responsive motorcycle on the trail.

Constructed from robust AISI 304 stainless steel, the exhaust body is media-blasted to achieve a textured, titanium-like finish. It is capped with a lightweight, matte clear-coated carbon fiber end cap that elevates the overall aesthetic of the bike. The straight-through internal core is meticulously designed to channel exhaust gasses efficiently, unleashing a deep, throaty four-stroke sound without becoming overwhelmingly loud. Crucially for dual-sport and adventure riders, this system includes a pre-installed USFS-approved spark arrestor, ensuring compliance on federal and state trail systems.

• 1996–2026  Suzuki DR650

Fitment Notes:

• Header Compatibility: Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement to mate perfectly with the OEM Suzuki header pipe. Fitment with aftermarket headers is not guaranteed.

• The Carburetor Reality: The Suzuki DR650 is tuned incredibly lean from the factory to pass stringent EPA emissions testing. Installing a high-flowing exhaust like the LV-X EVO will exacerbate this lean condition. To truly experience the performance benefits of this exhaust—and to prevent your air-cooled engine from running dangerously hot—you must re-jet the carburetor. We highly recommend pairing this exhaust installation with a JD Jetting kit and modifying the top of the factory airbox so the engine can properly breathe to match the increased exhaust flow.

• The Boat Anchor: The factory DR650 muffler is notoriously heavy. Swapping to the LV-X EVO removes a massive amount of weight from high up and far back on the subframe. This is one of the most noticeable handling upgrades you can perform on a DR650, making the bike feel significantly lighter and more nimble when navigating tight single-track or when you inevitably have to pick the bike up after a tip-over.
