LeoVince Header Pipe for the CFMOTO Ibex 450 / 450MT

The LeoVince Header Pipe (Part 80071) is a performance-oriented exhaust upgrade designed specifically for the CFMOTO Ibex 450 (also recognized globally as the 450MT). Engineered as a direct replacement for the restrictive factory exhaust manifold, this cat-eliminator link pipe drastically improves exhaust gas velocity. The result is a noticeable increase in mid-range torque, maximum power, and a deeper exhaust note.

Manufactured in Europe, the header is constructed from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel and meticulously TIG-welded by hand for maximum durability. By removing the bulky OEM catalytic converter, this header reduces the motorcycle's overall weight by 3.53 pounds (1.6 kg), helping to decrease heat radiation near the rider's legs and minimize unsprung weight. It is highly modular, designed to integrate seamlessly with both the factory CFMOTO muffler and aftermarket LeoVince slip-on exhausts.

Fitment:

Fitment Notes:

• This header will work with the stock, HP Corse, Yoshimura, Akrapovic and of course the LeoVince slip-on mufflers, without any modifications. 
• Installing this header will likely cause the check engine light to appear after identifying a deviation in the stock catalytic converters parameters. Remapping the ECU is recommended in order to prevent »check engine light« warning signal and achieve optimized performance and throttle response.
• Depending on the ECU tune you get, you may need to remove the O2 sensor. In that case you will need an extra M12 x 1.25mm plug:  CLICK HERE  
• **There are TWO O2 SENSOR BUNGS in the updated header. This header comes with one bung plug in the box. If you are removing your O2 sensor, you will need a second.
