Fitment Notes:

• The Hinson friction plate kit is designed to work with the stock / OEM steel drive plates of the Yamaha Tenere 700. Verify that the drive plates are not warped and still in spec prior to installation. Replace if needed. Yamaha drive plate part number  5VY-16325-00-00 - Requires 6.

• Soak your new friction plates in the same oil you use in the motorcycle that these are getting installed into for roughly 30 minutes. This will help prevent glazing during the first use and help the plates last much longer.

• Proper pack height is critical for consistent lever feel; verify all plates are seated correctly before closing the clutch cover.
