Gerbing Heated Clothing 12V Temperature Controller

The Gerbing 12V Single Zone Portable Temperature Controller allows you to manually dial in the exact heat output of your 12-volt heated motorcycle gear. Designed for use with Gerbing's heated jacket liners, pants, or gloves, this controller manages a single heating zone. It features a tactile analog rotary knob that lets you easily fine-tune your comfort with winter gloves on, while a digital LED display provides clear numerical feedback from power levels 1 through 10 (with level 10 displaying as "A").

Constructed from durable PVC and ABS, the controller is built to withstand the rigors of motorcycle riding in adverse weather. It is capable of handling a maximum capacity of 16 Amps (192 Watts), making it powerful enough to safely power a jacket liner and a pair of gloves simultaneously when daisy-chained together. The 24-inch plug length allows for easy routing from your battery harness to a convenient mounting location on your jacket or tank bag.

Fitment Notes:

• Compatibility: Works exclusively with Gerbing 12V heated clothing systems. It is not compatible with 7V battery-powered gear.

• Maximum Load: Do not exceed the 16 Amp maximum capacity when linking multiple heated garments together on a single controller.

• Single Zone: A "Single Zone" controller means all gear plugged into it will receive the exact same power level. For example, if you plug your heated gloves into the sleeves of your heated jacket liner, and plug the jacket into this single controller, setting the dial to '5' will send that exact same heat level to both your core and your hands. If you find that your hands need to be much warmer than your chest, you will need to upgrade to a Gerbing Dual Zone Controller to manage them independently.

• Battery Harness Requirement: Remember that this unit is just the controller; it does not include the wiring to connect to your motorcycle's battery. If this is your first piece of heated gear, you must also purchase a Gerbing 12V Battery Harness to complete the installation and draw power from the bike.
