The Dunlop Geomax EN92 is a premium, FIM and DOT-approved enduro competition tire engineered to deliver uncompromising grip, compliance, and traction across the most demanding off-road conditions. Succeeding the highly regarded Geomax EN91, the EN92 features a more rounded sidewall profile that significantly enhances rider comfort and shock absorption when navigating rough, uneven ground.
Designed for both highly skilled racers and weekend trailblazers, the EN92 utilizes an optimized block layout. The front tire features a reduced land ratio in the center for better bite on hard surfaces, while the rear tire incorporates V-Block Technology (V-BT) to maximize forward traction and control sliding. Both the front and rear utilize Progressive Cornering Block Technology (PCBT) for improved edge grip at extreme lean angles. To accommodate a variety of terrains, Dunlop offers the EN92 in two distinct compounds: the standard (Medium) compound for dry, grassy, and dirt surfaces, and a Soft compound option specifically formulated to excel on wet, root-laden, and rocky terrain.
FIM & DOT Approved: Fully compliant with FIM enduro competition regulations and DOT approved for street-legal dual-sport use.
Two Compound Options: Available in a standard Medium compound for versatile performance, or a Soft compound for extreme wet, root-filled, and rocky conditions.
V-Block & RST Technology: The rear tire utilizes V-Block Technology for slide control and Reinforced Scoop Technology (RST) to dig deep into soft ground.
Progressive Cornering Block Technology (PCBT): Enhances block flexibility to increase the biting edge effect for maximum grip during aggressive cornering.
Improved Compliance: A newly designed rounded sidewall profile and central block cavities greatly improve shock absorption over harsh square-edged obstacles.
Optimized Front Layout: Staggered tread block distribution with a reduced center land ratio improves bite on hardpack and rocky surfaces.
Medium vs. Soft Compound: Selecting the correct EN92 compound can drastically change your ride. If you are racing cross-country or riding varied dry terrain with dirt, grass, and hardpack, the standard Medium compound offers the best balance of traction and durability. However, if your local trails are notorious for wet roots, slick rocks, and technical hard-enduro sections, the Soft compound will provide the gummy, confidence-inspiring grip needed to conquer those obstacles.
