The Barnett 301-90-10040 is a high-performance replacement friction plate featuring a proprietary Carbon Fiber material. Designed for maximum heat tolerance and durability, these plates are engineered to outperform OEM cork-based plates in high-stress off-road and adventure riding conditions. Carbon fiber friction material provides a higher coefficient of friction and more positive engagement, significantly reducing clutch fade during technical riding.

Fitment Notes:

• Soak your new friction plates in the same oil you use in the motorcycle that these are getting installed into for roughly 30 minutes. This will help prevent glazing during the first use and help the plates last much longer.

• Proper pack height is critical for consistent lever feel; verify all plates are seated correctly before closing the clutch cover.
