The Barkbuster handguard kit specifically for the 2019 + Yamaha Tenere 700. A heat treated aluminum backbone with two mounting points secure the full wrap around aluminum design, making this kit as tough a set of hand guards as you can get. Pair this with the classic Barkbuster VPS shield one of the several other choices of shields that are available. Check Control Clearance: Before heading out on a ride, physically sit on the bike and rotate the handlebars from full steering lock to full steering lock. Ensure the aluminum backbone does not contact the TFT display, windshield, or fuel tank. Check that both the brake and clutch levers have full, unobstructed travel and do not touch the inside of the handguard when pulled in completely.
