The AXP Racing Rear Rack (AX1695) is designed specifically for the Aprilia Tuareg 660. Machined from heavy-duty 15mm High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, this cargo rack offers a lightweight and highly durable platform for securing soft luggage. Unlike traditional aluminum racks that can permanently bend or dent during a crash, the HDPE construction provides inherent flexibility to absorb impacts and return to its original shape.
The rack tray features integrated passenger grab handles, which also serve as structural leverage points for lifting the motorcycle after a tip-over. Additionally, it comes pre-drilled with mounting holes specifically patterned for Rotopax fuel or water containers, eliminating the need to drill custom mounts.

Soft Luggage Focus: This HDPE rack is intentionally designed for soft luggage systems (like dry bags, roll bags, and rack-less saddlebags) and Rotopax containers. It is not intended to serve as a structural base for heavy, rigid aluminum top cases, which can place undue stress on both the plastic rack and the motorcycle's subframe during aggressive off-road riding.
Leverage Points: The Tuareg 660 is a capable middleweight ADV, but it is still a heavy motorcycle to pick up on the trail. The integrated handles on the AXP rack are structurally robust enough to be used as primary lifting points. This saves your rear plastics, exhaust, and turn signals from damage when you need to muscle the bike out of a rut or sand wash.
