Acerbis X-Factory Full Wrap Handguards

The Acerbis X-Factory Full Wrap Handguards are the ultimate armor for riders who regularly bash through tight woods, tackle hard enduro, or just want absolute lever protection on their dual-sport. Unlike standard open-ended roost deflectors, the X-Factory features a full wrap-around design constructed from a heavy-duty steel bar. To keep weight in check and prevent the metal from rusting or scratching your subframe during a tip-over, Acerbis wraps the steel bar in a proprietary injection-molded Nylon composite.

The front deflector shield is made from a dual-injected polypropylene that excels at blocking cold wind, heavy mud, and flying roost from the rider ahead. Because off-road plastics are wear items, these shields are completely replaceable, allowing you to easily swap colors or refresh your bike's look after a season of heavy tree-bashing without buying a whole new handguard kit. Supplied with a universal mounting kit, this is a premium, bolt-on insurance policy against broken clutch perches, bent brake levers, and crushed knuckles.

Fitment Notes:

• Universal Dirt Bike Fitment: Mounts easily to almost any dirt bike, enduro, or dual-sport utilizing standard metric or imperial handlebars (22mm or 28.6mm).

• E-Moto Application: Fits perfectly on Surron, Talaria, and Stark Varg models, though some e-motos may require a small spacer at the bar ends depending on the factory electronic throttle tube.

• ATV Fitment:Note: To install these on an ATV, you may need the specific Acerbis ATV adapter kit (sold separately) to clear bulky thumb throttles and parking brake lever assemblies.

• Control Cables: If you have installed a bar riser, you may need to re-route control cables or install longer versions to clear any aftermarket handguards properly.
