The Kove 800X Pro is an incredible addition to the middleweight adventure market, but pushing it hard off-road means putting the factory drivetrain components through serious abuse. The OEM chain guide is prone to wear and impact damage when navigating rock gardens, deep ruts, or heavy mud. The Acerbis 2.0 Chain Guide Block provides a massive upgrade in durability, utilizing a proprietary high-impact plastic that shrugs off rock strikes and maximizes the lifespan of your drive chain.
Engineered from 100% PA6 (Polyamide), this guide easily replaces the entire factory unit and delivers superior resistance to shock and friction. A major advantage for DIY mechanics is the clever two-piece design. Instead of grinding a rivet or pulling the master link to remove your chain, the Acerbis 2.0 guide splits in half, allowing you to easily bolt it directly around the fully installed chain in minutes.
High-Impact PA6 Construction: Manufactured entirely from PA6 (Polyamide/Nylon), offering drastically higher resistance to trail impacts and chain wear compared to the stock aluminum/plastic guide.
Two-Piece Design: Features a split-block design that allows you to install the guide or replace the inner wear slide without having to break the drive chain.
Friction Reduction: The specialized plastic composite minimizes mechanical drag and vibration, keeping your chain gliding smoothly and operating quietly.
Lightweight Protection: Weighing in at just 200 grams, it provides bulletproof protection without adding unnecessary unsprung weight to the swingarm.
Drop-In Fitment: Uses the exact OEM mounting points on the Kove 800X Pro swingarm for a simple, direct bolt-on installation.

Necessary Mounting Hardware
Platform: Designed specifically for the 2024+ Kove 800X Pro.
Chain Compatibility: Compatible with standard OEM O-ring, X-ring, and Z-ring 520-pitch drive chains.
Sprocket Size: Fits perfectly with the factory rear sprocket size. Note: If you drastically increase your rear sprocket size (e.g., +4 teeth or more for technical singletrack), always verify clearance between the lower guide block and the larger sprocket.
