Fitment: 

• 1996–2026 – Suzuki DR650

Fitment Notes:

• Platform: Fits all Suzuki DR650S and DR650SE models from 1996 through 2026+.

• Turn Signal Relocation: Due to the extreme width of the front lobes, your factory front turn signals will hit the tank at full steering lock. You must either relocate the front signals or install lower-profile aftermarket stalks.

• Oil Cooler Clearance: The tank is designed to clear the factory DR650 oil cooler, though the tolerances are incredibly tight. Take care during installation to ensure the plastic does not rub directly against the cooler grate.

• Plumbing the Dual Petcocks: The dual-petcock setup requires running a fuel line across the back of the engine or directly over the carburetor to a T-fitting or Y-fitting. It is absolutely critical that you zip-tie these fuel lines securely so they do not rest against the hot engine cylinder fins or the exhaust header. Melting a fuel line 100 miles from civilization is a guaranteed trip-ender.
