The Acerbis 3.95 Gallon High Capacity Fuel Tank is the ultimate upgrade for extending the range of your new-generation KTM dualsport, cross-country, or enduro motorcycle. The factory KTM fuel tanks offer limited capacity, severely restricting your ability to tackle long Backcountry Discovery Routes (BDRs), deep woods loops, or extended hare scrambles without carrying auxiliary fuel bottles. This Acerbis tank directly replaces the OEM unit, significantly increasing your fuel range and eliminating trailside range anxiety.

Constructed from ultra-durable, extra-thick cross-linked polyethylene, this tank is engineered to take severe off-road impacts without puncturing or splitting. Despite the massive increase in fuel capacity, Acerbis meticulously designed the outer mold to maintain the narrow, ergonomic profile of the newest KTM chassis. It pushes the extra volume down low around the engine radiators, keeping the motorcycle's center of gravity optimized and ensuring your body positioning and cornering feel are not compromised.

Fitment Notes:

• Chassis Fitment: Designed specifically for the newest generation of KTM frames.

• Fuel Pump Swap:This tank does not come with a new fuel pump; you have to remove the EFI pump from your stock KTM tank and transfer it over. The internal fuel pump assembly features delicate plastic housing components, wires, and a "tea bag" style fuel filter that hangs off the bottom. Take your time extracting it from the small hole in the OEM tank to avoid tearing the filter mesh or snapping a wire. Always install a fresh fuel pump O-ring when bolting the assembly into the new Acerbis tank to guarantee a leak-free seal.

• The Clear/Natural Advantage:The clear / natural (translucent) color option over can be really beneficial. Having a translucent tank turns the entire body of the fuel tank into a massive fuel gauge. Being able to glance down at your knees and immediately see how much fuel you have left can help you make decisions more accurately through the day. The downside to these tanks is that can discolor over time taking away from the aesthetics.
