Model Exclusion: This tank does not fit 2021–2024 CRF300L models (which require Acerbis part 297610) due to differences in the factory plastics. It also does not fit the CRF300L Rally.
Fuel Pump: You must remove the fuel pump from your OEM tank and transfer it to the Acerbis tank.
Tank Prep & Installation: Before installing any aftermarket plastic fuel tank, it is important to thoroughly clean the inside. During the manufacturing process, small plastic shavings can be left inside the shell. Swirl a small amount of clean gasoline around inside the tank and dump it out into a safe catch pan before installing your fuel pump. This simple step prevents plastic debris from clogging your fuel pump filter and leaving you stranded on the trail.
Color Selection: If you prioritize function over aesthetics for long-distance travel, consider selecting the "Natural" (translucent white) colorway. While the black tank looks incredibly sleek, the translucent natural plastic allows you to visually see your exact fuel level with just a glance.
