Maxima MTL (Manual Transmission Lube) is a premium, mineral-based gear oil formulated specifically for 2-stroke motorcycle transmissions and separate 4-stroke gear/clutch sumps. Engineered to handle severe shock loads, high-RPM shift cycles, and clutch feathering, MTL provides high shear stability and anti-wear protection for transmission gear faces, dogs, and shift forks.

Formulated with advanced clutch-control friction modifiers, Maxima MTL delivers positive, slip-free clutch hookup without causing lever chatter, grab, or drag. Its specialized formula reduces drag and fluid foaming, promoting smoother, more precise gear changes under racing and technical enduro conditions. Application & Fitment Notes:

• 2-Stroke Transmissions: Formulated for all modern and vintage 2-stroke motorcycle gearboxes with wet clutches (KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS, Yamaha, Beta, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki).

• Separate 4-Stroke Sumps: Compatible with 4-stroke motorcycles featuring separated engine and transmission oil cavities (e.g., Honda CRF250R/CRF450R platforms with dual-sump designs).

• Shared Sumps: DoNOT use in 4-stroke engines where transmission and engine oil share the same cavity (use standard JASO MA/MA2 4T engine oil instead).
