LeoVince Header Pipe for the Yamaha Tenere 700

The LeoVince Racing Header Pipe (Part 80066) is a direct-replacement performance upgrade for the Yamaha Tenere 700. Designed to eliminate the heavy, restrictive factory catalytic converter, this header significantly increases exhaust flow, reduces overall motorcycle weight, and dramatically lowers radiant engine heat often felt on the rider's right leg during slow-speed technical riding.

Fitment:

Fitment Notes:

• We have worked with a number of customers that have successfully installed this header on the 2025+ Tenere 700 as well. 
• **This header will work with the stock, HP Corse, Yoshimura, Akrapovic and of course the LeoVince slip-on mufflers, without any modifications. 
• Installing this header will likely cause the check engine light will appear after identifying a deviation in the stock catalytic converters parameters. Remapping the ECU is recommended in order to prevent »check engine light« warning signal and achieve optimized performance and throttle response.
• Depending on the ECU tune you get, you may need to remove the O2 sensor. In that case you will need an extra M12 x 1.25mm plug:  CLICK HERE  
• **There are TWO O2 SENSOR BUNGS in the updated header. This header comes with one bung plug in the box. If you are removing your O2 sensor, you will need a second.
