Carburetor Repair Kit for the 2001–2026 Yamaha TW200

This carburetor rebuild kit provides the essential wear components needed to service and refresh the stock carburetor on Yamaha TW200 models from 2001 to current. Designed to address common issues such as hard starting, inconsistent idle, fuel leaks, and poor throttle response, this kit restores proper fuel metering and carburetor performance. This kit uses NBR (Nitrile) rubber, which is designed to resist ethanol-blended fuels. Modern ethanol-blended fuels tend to eat the rubber compounds used in fuel systems of older bikes.

Fitment Notes:

• 1987–2000 TW200 used a slide style carburetor and this kit is not compatible
• If you plan to split the mid-body of your carburetor, be aware that this kit does not include a replacement gasket for that job
• For the 2001+ CV carb, the float height should be set so the fuel level is 8mm (±0.5mm) below the mating surface of the float bowl. 
• Inspect your air intake boot for leaks or cracking
