LeoVince Header Pipe for the 2025+ Suzuki DR-Z4S

The LeoVince Header Pipe (80076) is a high-performance, unrestricted front exhaust manifold designed specifically for the heavily updated 2025+ Suzuki DR-Z4S and DR-Z4SM platforms. By eliminating the heavy and restrictive factory catalytic converter, this racing header drastically improves exhaust gas flow, reduces backpressure, and allows the newly redesigned Suzuki engine to breathe properly.

Manufactured from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, the tubing is precision-formed and TIG-welded to ensure maximum thermal resistance and durability under extreme off-road conditions. Dropping the bulky factory catalyst sheds 2.23 lbs of dead weight from the motorcycle's chassis. The 80076 header is highly versatile and engineered to be fully compatible with either the OEM Suzuki muffler or a LeoVince aftermarket slip-on exhaust, allowing you to upgrade your system in stages without buying a full system all at once.

Fitment Notes:

• The Fueling Equation: When you install a free-flowing, decat header on a modern, emissions-choked motorcycle like the 2025 DR-Z4S, you are drastically increasing the volume of air escaping the engine. The factory ECU is programmed to run incredibly lean from the factory to pass strict Euro 5+ emissions standards. By adding this header without adjusting the fueling, the bike will run even leaner, which can lead to excessive engine heat, popping on deceleration, and a loss of low-end torque. To get the actual performance benefits of this header, you must pair it with a proper aftermarket ECU flash or a fuel controller to richen the air/fuel mixture.

• Check Engine Light: Because the modern DR-Z4S utilizes an advanced emissions system with multiple sensors, removing the catalytic converter will likely trigger a Check Engine light (CEL) on your dashboard. This is a normal byproduct of modifying the exhaust on a modern compliant motorcycle. An aftermarket ECU flash or a lambda sensor bypass dongle will be required to clear the dash light for track and competition use.

• O2 Sensor Bungs: This header has two O2 Sensor bungs. It comes with one bung plug. In the case that your ECU tune eliminates the O2 sensor altogether, you will need one more bung plug.  TMBR MOTO M12 x 1.25 Bung Plugs
