The Acerbis Big Cap Replacement Fuel Cap (2070740055) is the direct replacement for large-diameter Acerbis aftermarket fuel tanks. Over years of off-road riding, plastic fuel caps can become cracked from crash impacts, cross-threaded, or suffer from degraded inner rubber seals that allow fuel to slosh out on the trail. This replacement kit provides a fresh cap, a new rubber underside gasket, and a breather hose to ensure your fuel system remains completely sealed and properly ventilated.
Manufactured from heavy-duty, impact-resistant plastic, the cap features an aggressive, carbon-fiber etched aesthetic and large ergonomic scallops.
