Akrapovic Titanium Header for the BMW R 1300 GS and R 1300 GS Adventure

The Akrapovic Titanium Header E-B13E1 is a top-tier performance upgrade for the 2024–2025 BMW R 1300 GS / GS Adventure. Crafted from high-grade titanium and protected with a carbon-fiber heatshield, this 2-into-1 de-cat header dramatically improves exhaust flow and reduces weight for increased responsiveness and agility. Compared to stock, the E-B13E1 slashes exhaust system weight by approximately 3.4 kg (a 54.8 % reduction), significantly enhancing handling and ground clearance. 

When paired with an Akrapovic slip-on or full system, the improved flow from the larger-diameter pipes and removal of the catalytic converter has been shown on the Akrapovic dyno to deliver up to +3.1 kW (≈ 4.2 hp) at 7,800 rpm and +5.9 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm over the stock exhaust. The included pre-muffler provides a deep, aggressive “racing-tone” exhaust note that enhances the boxer engine’s character without resorting to a full system.

Installation is designed to be a plug-and-play bolt-on, though ECU remapping is required for optimal performance and to prevent possible engine-management errors on Euro5+ bikes.
