The Acerbis 3.2 Gallon (12 Liter) Fuel Tank is the premier extended-range solution for the newest generation of 2024–2027 KTM Enduro and Dual-Sport platforms. Replacing the restrictive factory 2.2-gallon tank, this cross-linked polyethylene tank safely adds a full gallon of capacity to your motorcycle, significantly extending your trail range and effectively eliminating range anxiety on deep backcountry routes.

Designed to utilize the factory fuel pump and hardware, this tank is engineered to keep the added fuel weight as low as possible on the chassis. Acerbis achieves the 3.2-gallon capacity without drastically widening the radiator shrouds, preserving the slim, ergonomic feel of the modern KTM chassis. This allows the rider to comfortably grip the bike with their knees and easily slide forward on the seat during aggressive cornering.

• The Goldilocks Size: While 3.9-gallon (15 Liter) and 4.1-gallon desert tanks exist, the 3.2-gallon (12 Liter) tank is widely considered the absolute "sweet spot" for modern enduro riding. It provides roughly 120-140 miles of range (depending on terrain and throttle hand) which easily covers a full day of riding, while remaining slim enough that it doesn't force your knees apart or feel top-heavy in tight single-track.

• The Natural Advantage: If your bike is a dedicated trail weapon, we highly recommend ordering the Natural (translucent) color variant. While the Black tank looks sharp and stealthy, the Natural tank allows you to see the exact level of fuel sloshing around in the tank simply by looking down. When you are deep in the woods, knowing exactly how much fuel you have left is infinitely more valuable than matching color aesthetics.

• Fuel Pump Swap: Swapping your factory fuel pump into this new tank is straightforward but requires care. The fuel pump O-ring can easily pinch or tear if installed dry. Apply a very light coat of engine oil or assembly lube to the O-ring before pressing the pump into the bottom of the Acerbis tank. Tighten the baseplate bolts in a star pattern to ensure even pressure and prevent leaks.
