Manufactured to a massive 4.0mm thickness, these tubes provide the highest level of mechanical defense against pinch flats (snake bites) caused by violent rim strikes, as well as punctures from sharp rocks, roots, and thorns.

Constructed from a premium, high-quality butyl rubber compound, the Mitas UHD tube offers superior air retention over long periods compared to natural rubber. This advanced synthetic material is highly impermeable and designed to maintain its elasticity and durability through countless heat cycles without degrading. Each tube features a premium galvanized TR-6 straight metal valve stem with a dual washer and nut system to ensure a secure, tear-resistant fitment on traditional spoked motorcycle rims. Fitment Notes:

• Wheel Fitment: Designed specifically for tube-type (TT) spoked motorcycle rims.

• Sizing: Ensure you select the tube size that corresponds with both the diameter of your wheel and the width of your tire. Because the 4.0mm rubber is extremely thick, sizing up or down incorrectly will cause the tube to fold or stretch unevenly inside the tire.

• The Baby Powder Hack: Avoid installing an inner tube "dry". Before stuffing the tube into the tire carcass, put a handful of standard baby powder (talcum powder) inside a plastic bag with the tube and shake it up. The powder acts as a dry lubricant, allowing the tube to easily unfold and settle evenly inside the tire when inflated, entirely preventing friction chafing and pinch points.
