2025+ KTM 390 Adventure Specific Barkbuster Handguard Kit

The Barkbuster handguard kit specifically for the 2025+ 390 Adventure. A heat treated aluminum backbone with two mounting points secure the full wrap around aluminum design, making this kit as tough a set of hand guards as you can get. Pair this with the classic Barkbuster VPS shield one of the several other choices of shields that are available. Fitment Note:

• This kit is designed to work with the stock handlebars on the 2025+ KTM 390 Adventure. We have had a couple of customers encounter problems with the threaded bar ends. In some cases the threaded hole is not threaded completely causing the bar end bolts to bottom out and bind. We recommend running the bolt into the threads by hand firs to check. If the thread do seam to be incomplete, we recommend running a into the hole so that the bolts have proper purchase.
