ZETA Forged Shift Lever for 2014–2023 Husqvarna FE 250/350 and TE 250/300

The Zeta ZE90-4416 is a high-strength replacement for OEM shift levers on KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas motorcycles. Unlike standard cast levers, this arm is forged for increased durability and resistance to snapping under impact.

Features:

• Construction: The lever arm is forged from A2014 aluminum, which offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than cast alternatives.

• Shift Tip: Features a CNC-machined foldable tip. The internal spring mechanism allows the tip to pivot during a crash, protecting the shift shaft from bending.

• Finish: Black anodized arm with a blue anodized tip for long-term corrosion resistance.

• Grip: The tip is aggressively knurled to provide consistent traction in mud and wet conditions.
