The Rekluse TorqDrive Clutch Pack (RMS-2801023) is a high-performance manual clutch upgrade engineered specifically for the Honda CRF300L and CRF300L Rally. The factory CRF300L clutch is widely known to slip under heavy engine loads, especially when navigating technical off-road terrain, climbing steep hills, or carrying adventure luggage. The TorqDrive system resolves this by utilizing uniquely designed, ultra-thin friction plates that allow more plates to fit into the OEM clutch footprint.

By adding additional friction plates, the overall friction surface area is significantly increased without altering the physical dimensions of the factory clutch basket. The result is a massive increase in torque capacity, improved power transfer to the rear wheel, and the elimination of clutch slip under high-stress conditions. It installs directly into your factory clutch basket and inner hub, retaining full manual clutch operation while providing a stronger, more consistent lever feel.

Fitment Notes:

• Soak the Plates: Before installing any new clutch pack, you must soak the friction plates in the exact same engine oil you plan to run in the motorcycle. Let them soak for a minimum of 10-15 minutes prior to installation. Installing dry friction plates will cause immediate glazing and premature failure the first time you release the clutch lever under power.
• Inspect the Inner Hub: While this kit includes steel sleeves to protect the outer basket, you still need to inspect your factory inner hub (center clutch) when you have the engine open. If the splines on the inner hub are severely grooved or notched from the old steel plates, the new plates will hang up and cause the clutch to drag or fail to disengage properly. If deep grooves are present, the inner hub must be replaced to ensure proper clutch function.
