The LeoVince LV-X EVO Slip-On Muffler (14436X) is a premium, off-road specific exhaust upgrade engineered for the 2020-2023 generation of KTM EXC-F and Husqvarna FE dual-sport models. Designed to replace the restrictive factory silencer, this slip-on optimizes exhaust gas flow to deliver sharper throttle response, improved mid-range torque, and a commanding, deep four-stroke tone without becoming obnoxiously loud on the trail.

Constructed from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, the muffler body features a media-blasted finish for a rugged, textured titanium look that perfectly matches the aggressive styling of modern enduro bikes. The end cap is manufactured from genuine carbon fiber and treated with a matte clear coat for maximum heat and UV resistance. Inside, a race-developed straight-through core is wrapped in high-temperature (1,650 °F) fiberglass packing to ensure long-lasting sound dampening under severe off-road abuse. Most importantly for trail riders, it includes a pre-installed USFS-approved spark arrestor, making it fully legal for public land and national forest riding.

Fitment Notes:

• Repacking Interval:Four-stroke exhausts generate an immense amount of heat, which eventually burns out the internal fiberglass packing. If you notice your bike getting significantly louder or producing a raspy, metallic sound after a long season of hard riding, it is time to repack the silencer. Running an exhaust with blown-out packing will eventually cause the carbon fiber end cap to overheat, discolor, and crack.
