Carbon fiber acts as a highly efficient thermal insulator compared to traditional stamped aluminum, meaning the surface temperature of the shield remains significantly lower to the touch. Fitment Notes:

• Compatibility: Designed to fit perfectly with the original OEM header/mid-pipe. It is also completely compatible with LeoVince slip-on exhaust systems.

• Installation: When installing carbon fiber components, be careful not to over-torque the mounting bolts. While carbon fiber has immense tensile strength, the resin can crack under excessive compressive clamping force from a bolt head. Use a small drop of medium-strength (blue) STUCK NUTZ threadlocker on the mounting bolts and tighten them just enough to compress the washers. Do not use a heavy hand or an impact driver.
