This Koso unit utilizes modern USB-C Power Delivery (PD) and Quick Charge protocols, safely delivering up to 3 Amps of charging current—charging compatible devices up to three times faster than legacy adapters.

Fitment Notes:

• Universal Compatibility: Can be installed on any motorcycle, ATV, or UTV with a standard 12V DC power system.

• Mounting Options: The included clamp set fits the vast majority of standard (7/8"), metric cruiser (1"), and oversized "fat" (1-1/8") handlebars. The included adhesive strip allows for flat-panel mounting on sportbikes or ADV dashboards.

• The Low Voltage Warning: One of the most overlooked features of this Koso charger is the built-in 11.5V warning light. If your bike's charging system (stator/rectifier) begins to fail, or if you are running too many heated accessories at idle, your battery voltage will drop. The LED on this charger will immediately start flashing to alert you of the power deficit before you are stranded on the side of the trail with a motorcycle that won't restart.

   

• Switched Power Installation: Because this charger has an internal transformer and a diagnostic LED, it will draw a microscopic amount of parasitic current if wired directly to the battery terminals. If the bike sits for several weeks, this can eventually lead to battery drain. We highly recommend wiring this charger into an ignition-switched 12V circuit (such as a factory auxiliary port or a dedicated power distribution block) so it completely powers down when the ignition key is removed.
