Enduro Engineering Aluminum Skid Plate for the Yamaha Tenere 700

The Enduro Engineering Aluminum Skid Plate (24-5219) delivers heavy-duty, off-road underbelly protection for the Yamaha Ténéré 700. Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, this skid plate is designed to replace the thin, vulnerable factory OEM plate. It provides a massive upgrade in structural integrity, defending the motorcycle's engine cases, water pump, and oil filter from catastrophic damage caused by rocks, logs, and debris.

The plate features extended side tabs that wrap upward to shield the lower frame rails and footpeg mounts. To ensure the Ténéré's CP2 engine remains cool during slow-speed technical riding, the wings of the skid plate incorporate precision-cut vents that promote maximum airflow while allowing packed mud and dirt to fall through. Engineered for rider convenience, the plate incorporates a specific side bracket and drain access, allowing you to perform routine oil maintenance without the hassle of removing the entire skid plate.

Fitment Notes:

• Platform Fitment: Fits 2021–2026+ Yamaha Ténéré 700 models. The mounting bracketry has been updated to accommodate both the original T7 chassis and the newer 2025+ models featuring the relocated kickstand switch.

• Exhaust Compatibility: Euro 5 compliant. However, this skid plate doesNOT fit with aftermarket Dominator Header Pipes.

• Crash Bar Compatibility: Doesnot work with HEED Bunker Crash Bars or T-Rex Lower Crash Bars. (Note: May require slight modification to work with certain other aftermarket lower crash bars).
