The Arai VX-Pro4 Offroad Helmet delivers top-tier protection, comfort and durability for MX, enduro, dualsport, and off-road riders. Its hand-built shell uses Arai’s Super Fiber composite and Complex Laminate Construction (cLc / PB-cLc) for high tensile strength and penetration resistance — a significant step up from standard fiberglass shells. The smooth, rounded “R75” shell shape reduces protrusions and snag points, improving safety in a crash. A longer, wider visor helps deflect roost and debris, while a removable, washable Dry-Cool interior liner ensures comfort and easy maintenance. Ventilation is enhanced by a refined chin-bar grill, top-rear duct with diffusers, and adjustable airflow ports. For improved safety and convenience, the VX-Pro4 includes an emergency-release cheek pad system for easier helmet removal after impact.

Installed on the uniquely rounded chin bar, the stainless mesh grill is now mounted from the outside on the exterior vent cap and can be easily removed for cleaning or damage replacement. The vent cap is also designed to break away from the chin bar in the event of impact.

The Air-Through top-rear-duct center brace also functions as a goggle-strap locator. The diffusers can be removed or replaced quickly and easily by removing a single screw on the rear-duct center brace.
