The SKF Heavy Duty Fork Seal Kit is engineered for riders who demand maximum durability in the harshest off-road and adventure conditions. Designed as the upgraded version of the standard KITG-49S, the HD kit features a dual-lip sealing system and a reinforced structure that delivers superior protection against dirt, sand, and water intrusion.

Developed with SKF’s proprietary NBR (nitrile rubber) compound, these seals maintain consistent performance over long service intervals and extreme temperatures. Reduced friction improves fork action and comfort, while the heavy-duty design ensures reliability in aggressive terrain and extended adventure use.
