Manufactured to a 2.0mm thickness, these tubes are explicitly designed for adventure touring, aggressive dual-sport riding, and moderate off-road use where standard tubes are too fragile, but 4.0mm ultra-heavy-duty tubes add unnecessary rotational mass.

Constructed from a premium butyl rubber compound, these Heavy Duty tubes offer vastly superior air retention over long periods compared to natural rubber alternatives. This synthetic material is highly impermeable and resists degrading from the constant heat cycles generated during long highway transit sections. Each tube is packaged in a nitrogen-rich atmosphere to prevent the rubber from drying out while in storage, ensuring maximum elasticity upon installation. They feature a robust, galvanized straight metal valve stem (TR-4 or TR-6) equipped with a dual washer and nut system for a secure, tear-resistant fit on traditional spoked motorcycle rims.

Fitment Notes:

• Wheel Fitment: Designed specifically for tube-type (TT) spoked motorcycle rims.

• Sizing: Ensure you select the tube size that corresponds with both the diameter of your wheel and the width of your tire to prevent the tube from folding or stretching unevenly.

• The Baby Powder Hack: Avoid installing an inner tube "dry". Before stuffing the tube into the tire carcass, put a handful of standard baby powder (talcum powder) inside a plastic bag with the tube and shake it up. The powder acts as a dry lubricant, allowing the tube to easily unfold and settle evenly inside the tire when inflated, entirely preventing friction chafing and pinch points.
