PRO TIP: When installing new hand guards it’s usually best to fit the hand guards up and float them in before you tighten any bolts. In some cases it may be necessary to slightly bend the hand guard to fit correctly especially if you’re running a very narrow handlebar.
Hand guards are made as a universal product and every setup is different. There are several variables that influence the fit of these types of hand guards; such as bar width/diameter, height, position etc. Please make sure to measure the diameter of your handle bar before ordering. There’s lots of hand guard options out there. These are one of the most stout sets you can buy. The protection they provide is worth every penny. Protects all your controls with even the hardest drops. It’s rare that a drop results in any movement. If you do end up getting some bends with heavier bikes or gnarlier drops, it’s nothing a little bend back with a vice or truck hitch can’t right. Don’t risk getting stranded on the trail and pick up a set. I can’t recommend them enough.
