Bridgestone Heavy Duty Natural Rubber Inner Tubes

Bridgestone Heavy Duty Inner Tubes provide a vital layer of protection for off-road, motocross, and dual-sport riders who demand maximum reliability from their tire setup. Manufactured from premium, highly elastic natural rubber, these tubes are engineered to be significantly thicker than standard OEM options. This increased mass creates a robust barrier against pinch flats caused by rim strikes, as well as punctures from sharp rocks, roots, and trail debris.

Unlike synthetic rubber tubes, Bridgestone's natural rubber compound offers superior tear resistance and heat dissipation, allowing the tube to flex and conform perfectly to the inside of the tire carcass without degrading under heavy off-road use. Each tube is equipped with a standard, heavy-duty TR-4 straight metal valve stem with threaded lock nuts to ensure a secure fitment on traditional spoked rims.

• The Baby Powder Hack: Avoid installing an inner tube "dry". Before stuffing the tube into the tire carcass, put a handful of standard baby powder (talcum powder) inside a plastic bag with the tube and shake it up. The powder acts as a dry lubricant, allowing the tube to easily unfold and settle evenly inside the tire when inflated, entirely preventing friction chafing and pinch points.
• Valve Stem Nut Placement: A common mistake is tightening the valve stem nut firmly against the rim. When running lower off-road tire pressures, the tire can occasionally slip on the rim under hard acceleration or braking. If the nut is locked down, the tube will likely tear at the valve stem base. Instead, back the nut all the way up against the valve cap. This allows the valve stem to tilt if the tire shifts, giving you a visual warning that your tire is spinning before the tube tears.
